Our flagship dish is Beef Noodle Soup, a traditional Taiwanese noodle dish filled with braised beef chunks and spicy beef broth. Our secret family recipe enhances the fragrance and flavor of the broth. 

Ways to enjoy:

Cooking Instructions: 

Noodles - Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Cook noodles in boiling water while storing regularly {4 mins for medium soft and 3 mins for al dente}. Drain noodles into bowl and set aside.

Beef Broth - Soak frozen beef broth packet in room temperature water. Place defrosted soup into separate saucepan and add 1/2 cup of water. Bring it up to a boil. Ladle soup into bowl with noodles.

Top with preserved vegetables.

*Bok choy and scallions are not included
