Our flagship dish is beef noodle soup, a traditional Taiwanese noodle dish filled with braised beef chunks and beef broth. Our original secret family recipe enhances the fragrance and flavor of the broth.

Cooking Instructions:
Noodles - Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Cook noodles in boiling water while storing regularly {4 mins for medium soft and 3 mins for al dente}. Drain noodles into bowl and set aside.
Beef Broth - Soak frozen beef broth packet in room temperature water. Place defrosted soup into separate saucepan and add 1/2 cup of water. Bring it up to a boil. Ladle soup into bowl with noodles.
Top with preserved vegetables.
