CARAMELIZED SCALLION NOODLES 蔥油拌麵 (2 servings)
A meat-less customer favorite! Thinly sliced scallions caramelized in pork fat to get a crispy, fragrant golden brown, and flavorful relish.
Ways to Enjoy:
- Top with an over easy egg, fried to a yokiness perfection.
Cooking Instructions:
Noodles - Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in saucepan. Cook noodles in boiling water while stirring regularly {4 mins for medium soft and 3 mins for al dente}. Drain noodles into bowl and set aside.
Caramelize Scallion - Soak packet in warm temperature water.
Add sauce and stir well.
