The recipe of our signature beef noodles has been revered and constantly cooked in the Liang family for many generations now. One of our many secrets to this dish is to stew our beef bone broth over night, ensuring the most delicious & heart-warming soup base for your noodles.

Cooking Instructions: 

Noodles - Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Cook noodles in boiling water while storing regularly {4 mins for medium soft and 3 mins for al dente}. Drain noodles into bowl and set aside.

Beef Broth - Soak frozen beef broth packet in room temperature water. Place defrosted soup into separate saucepan and add 1/2 cup of water. Bring it up to a boil. Ladle soup into bowl with noodles.

Top with pickled mustard greens.

*For an extra kick, try it with our Extra Spicy Chili Oil!
